Dr. M.P. van der Hoek (M.), Erasmus University, Rotterdam, Netherlands  

M. Peter van der Hoek received PhD degree in Erasmus University and an Honorary Doctorate of  Ternopil Academy of National Economy.
Dr. van der Hoek conducts research and teaches at Erasmus University, Rotnerdam, Netherlands, and the Academy of Economics, Bucharest, Romania. He was invited to lecture at Florida State University (USA), University of Pretoria (South Africa), Tallinn Technological University (Estonia), Academy of Economic Studies in Chisinau (Moldova) and Academy of Economic Studies in Bratislava (Slovakia). Also, San Jose State University (USA) and University of New South Wales (Australia) chose him as an honorary member.

Dr. van der Hoek has published 5 books, 90 articles and 81 lectures at the same time being an acting editor of 4 scientific volumes and 3 workshops. He is a founding editor of "Public Finance and Management" (www.spaef.com), and a member of the editorial board of 8 other scientific journals.
